First Look Spider-Man Noir Image Reveals Nicolas Cage In Full Costume

The first official image of Nicolas Cage in full superhero costume in Spider-Noir has been shared. Cage portrayed the Marvel character in the animated Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. While the actor will return to the role in 2027"s Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse, fans will be able to see his take on the Spider-Man variant before then. Cage jumps to live-action with a new version of the character from the Spider-Man movies in the form of Prime Video"s Spider-Noir. After set photos revealed what his costume looks like, a new official still gives fans the best look yet at Spider-Man Noir.
Amazon has released an official look at Nicolas Cage"s version of Spider-Man in Spider-Noir. The series is coming soon to Prime Video.
Cage"s Spider-Man Noir costume is comic book-accurate. The live-action version of the Spider-Man variant sports the same iconic fedora, trench coat, gloves, and goggles combo that made him look so different from the main Peter Parker or Miles Morales" versions of Spider-Man in the comics. While his costume might be accurate to the comics, Cage"s live-action Spider-Noir series will make some changes to the hero, with him not being Peter Parker as the biggest.
What The First Look At Nicolas Cage's Spider-Man In Spider-Noir Means The Upcoming Superhero Series Is Going For The Right Approach Close With the Spider-Verse movies making the Noir version of the character popular, a lot of fans now know what he and his world look like. If the Prime Video series had tried to make the show look starkly different from the way Spider-Man Noir looks and behaves in the animated movies, then it would risk turning away fans of the most popular iteration of the character. With the added factor that Cage is returning to the character, now as the live-action hero in Spider-Noir, a comics-accurate approach was the only way to go.

Posts 1 While the focus of the first official Spider-Noir image will rightfully be on Nicolas Cage"s live-action Spider-Man Noir, there is more to it. The still confirms that Prime Video will make Cage"s Spider-Man universe unique when it comes to live-action versions of the hero. While Tobey Maguire, Andrew Garfield, and Tom Holland"s Spider-Men have all had modern versions of New York City, Cage"s Spider-Noir will be set in a black and white world that fits the character"s aesthetic and retro style.
Our Take On The First Look At Nicolas Cage's Spider-Man In Spider-Noir The Spider-Man TV Show Looks Like A Breath Of Fresh Air I think Nicolas Cage"s Spider-Man Noir looks pitch-perfect. Even though I"m not a fan of making the character someone other than a version of Peter Parker, I appreciate how Spider-Noir went for a comics-accurate approach with his costume. This truly feels like Cage"s Spider-Man Noir from the animated Spider-Verse movies brought to life in the best ways. I like how the show will seemingly be black and white, suiting the character"s story and making it unique when compared to Spider-Man"s live-action adventures. Spider-Noir could be a long-running series if season 1 is as great as Cage"s Spide-Man Noir looks.
