Two upcoming MCU projects got even more exciting after two actors recently got awards recognition. The 2024 Emmy Awards highlighted some of the best TV of the past year, including actor awards for Jon Bernthal and Ebon Moss-Bachrach. With these actors set to play incredibly important characters in upcoming MCU releases, it"s easy to get even more excited after their outstanding acting performances earned them some of the highest recognitions in the industry.

Two 2024 Emmy Winners Are About To Appear In The MCU Close Jon Bernthal will be reprising his role as The Punisher for the upcoming Disney+ series Daredevil: Born Again. He previously played Frank Castle in the Netflix Daredevil series before getting his own show, aptly titled The Punisher. Though the Defenders Saga seems to be included in the main MCU timeline now, it wasn"t a Marvel Studios production, meaning Daredevil: Born Again will be the first official appearance by Bernthal in an MCU project. His portrayal of The Punisher is fantastic, and it was smart of Marvel to fold in the same cast from the original series.
It is one of the most important upcoming projects for Marvel as the original superhero family will be making their MCU debut after several decades of failed adaptations.
Ebon Moss-Bachrach also appeared in the Defenders Saga, in The Punisher series alongside Bernthal. He won"t be playing the same character, though. This time he"ll have the honor of playing Ben Grimm, also known as The Thing, in the cast of The Fantastic Four: First Steps.
